NY Times: Obama nominee would radically shift court

By now you’ve probably heard the alarming news that Barack Obama is moving forward with his plans to shift the U.S. Supreme Court to the left.

Last week, Obama nominated Merrick Garland, a liberal, anti-Second Amendment judge, to fill the conservative shoes of the late Antonin Scalia on the bench of our highest and most powerful court.

Already, some Republicans are caving to the liberal media’s demand that this liberal judge be confirmed by the Republican-controlled Senate, under the false premise that Merrick Garland is really a “moderate” and “reasonable” judge.

This argument flies in the face of an analysis by the New York Times, which last week produced this shocking chart showing Garland’s ideology to be almost identical with that of Ruth Bader Ginsberg:

This New York Times chart perfectly illustrates why we need steadfast conservatives in the United States Senate who won’t cave under pressure. That is why this election cycle, it is imperative that we elect a U.S. Senator to replace Marco Rubio who will hold the line and refuse to confirm liberal, activist judges who legislate from the bench.

Please share this post on Facebook and let everyone know that Merrick Garland must be stopped before he turns the U.S. Supreme Court into another way for liberals to push their agenda down America’s throat.
